Do you sell clothing?
No, we do not sell clothing. Our product is the Lil Mayo alien doll and other extraterrestrial collectibles.
What size clothes should I buy for my alien doll?
For reference, here are the approximate sizes: Shoes: US Toddler Size 3–4, Jackets: Youth Size 7, Shirts: Youth Size 7–8, Pants: Fits a child around 4–5 years old
Do you ship everywhere?
Yes! We ship across Latin America, North America (including the U.S. and Canada), the United Kingdom, and parts of Germany — in short, we offer worldwide shipping.
How long does shipping take?
We offer two types of shipping:
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days ($50 USD, calculated at checkout)
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (free with your order)
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship through trusted companies like FedEx, DHL, and Estafeta
How can I track my order?

Do you offer customized Lil Mayo aliens?

Can the alien doll hold a specific pose or be articulated?
No, the product is fully flexible. It doesn’t have rigid joints but can be posed freely thanks to its soft, bendable structure
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, changes might not be possible
