RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at globalitemexport@gmail.com.

 

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our collectibles, we do not accept returns on:

• Custom-made items (including limited edition or personalized products)

• Sale items

• Gift cards

 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable items. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific order.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
